PEMBROKE BOROUGH SILVER BAND

Pembroke Borough Silver Band is available for any kind of event from weddings and fetes to launchings, openings and parades depending on availability and an agreed fee. We are based in Pembroke Dock and are willing to travel but the fee will increase if the venue is outside a twenty mile radius of the town.

 

The Band is always looking for new players. If you have never played before and wish to learn and read music we will be pleased to teach you. If you already play we will, of course, be very happy to welcome you into the band. We will provide you with a band jacket and an instrument if you do not already have your own. You can contact us via this website or by calling into the the practice room (currently the Main Hall of the Pembroke Dock Community School in Bush Street) on Thursday evenings from 7.30pm.

 

We now have a new young and enthusiastic Conductor/Musical Director who is not stuck in the past, as some of the older conductors can be, and is keen to try new ideas. Life in this band can be vibrant and fun.
